We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare the car. In high season, booking earlier is advised as popular models sell out quickly.

When picking up the vehicle you show:

• Valid driver's license (held for at least 2 years)
• Valid ID or passport
• For trips to Morocco: international driver's license recommended

The minimum age is 21 for most models. For our high-performance cars (RS6, SL 63, RS Q8 Performance, G63 AMG) the minimum age is 25.

Yes. Cancellations up to 7 days before the rental period are free. Within 7 days, 50% of the rental amount applies; within 48 hours the full amount.

Our EU cars come with 300 km per day. For our Morocco fleet most models offer unlimited mileage; exception is the Mercedes-AMG G 63 (200 km per day). Extra kilometers are settled afterwards.

EU cars may travel throughout the EU. For trips outside the EU (Morocco, Turkey, etc.) we need prior approval. Morocco cars are for use within Morocco only.

Yes, if the driver meets the age and document requirements and is registered with us before the rental period starts. An extra driver costs nothing extra.

No. Our cars are non-smoking. In case of smell, a €250 cleaning surcharge will be applied.

The deposit varies per model and is clearly stated on the car card. For Range Rovers and Porsche Macans in Morocco it's €500; for top models like the Mercedes-AMG SL 63 it's €5,000.

Within 14 days after return, provided there is no damage, no outstanding fines and no missing fuel. We always send a confirmation of the refund.

By bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or cash. For remote reservations we typically use bank transfer or a secure online payment link.

No. The rental price is all-in including insurance and mileage allowance. Any extras (extra kilometers, after-hours pickup/return, fines) are transparent in advance.

Yes, all our cars are insured all-risk with an excess that varies per model.

Yes. Traffic and parking fines are entirely the renter's responsibility and are charged back via your provided details.

By default we deliver in Marrakech. Delivery across Morocco is possible on request — often free depending on the location.

Most models are fine on paved roads throughout Morocco. For offroad routes (Merzouga dunes, Atlas mountain passes) we offer specific 4×4s — mention this at booking.

In Morocco an EU license suffices for most situations. We do recommend an international license for added safety at checkpoints.

Absolutely. For reservations from abroad we handle everything via WhatsApp and email. We send you all documentation in advance.
