In these terms MT Car Rental means: the company that rents out premium cars under the name MT Car Rental.

Renter: the natural or legal person who enters into a rental agreement with MT Car Rental.

Vehicle: the car made available to the Renter by MT Car Rental under the rental agreement.

These terms apply to all offers, reservations and rental agreements between MT Car Rental and the Renter. Deviations apply only when agreed in writing.

A reservation is concluded once MT Car Rental confirms it explicitly in writing or via WhatsApp/email. Until then the request is non-binding.

At pickup the Renter must present a valid driver's license and ID. The driver must be at least 21 (some models: 25) and must have held a license for at least 2 years.

The rental period starts at the moment of vehicle handover and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns without prior approval may incur extra charges.

All prices are in euros and apply per day unless stated otherwise. The rental amount and the deposit must be paid before or at pickup of the vehicle.

The deposit is refunded within 14 days after return and inspection of the vehicle, provided there is no damage, no outstanding fines and no missing fuel.

Each vehicle has a fixed daily mileage allowance or an unlimited-mileage policy. Exceeding the allowance is settled afterwards at the rate stated in the agreement. The vehicle may only be used for personal transport on public roads.

The vehicle is by default insured all-risk with an excess per claim. Damage caused by gross negligence, driving under the influence, or use outside the agreed region is fully borne by the Renter and is not covered.

The Renter returns the vehicle at the agreed time and location, in the same condition as at pickup (externally clean, comparable fuel level). Deviations may result in cleaning or refueling charges.

The Renter is responsible for proper use of the vehicle, timely reporting of damage or breakdown, and compliance with all traffic and parking rules. Traffic violations and fines are entirely at the Renter's cost.

Damage must be reported immediately via WhatsApp or phone. For every accident a damage form must be filled in and, where applicable, a police report filed. Without a fully completed damage form the insurer may refuse payment.

Cancellations up to 7 days before the rental period are free of charge. Cancellations within 7 days incur 50% of the rental amount. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-show require the full rental amount.

MT Car Rental is not liable for indirect damage, missed appointments or loss of income due to breakdown, accident or delay. Liability is in all cases limited to the rental amount of the relevant period.

These rental agreements are governed by Dutch law, regardless of the location of handover. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where MT Car Rental is established.
